The 20 Pound Challenge is a special program designed to run from January 22nd – March 3rd with the goal of losing 20 pounds in the six-week program. You can, however, use this at any point to accomplish that task.
Please note that the workouts will be categorized as SIZZLE or CHISEL depending on your particular goals. SIZZLE will be focused more on fat loss while the CHISEL workouts will be geared to those who are at or near their ideal weight and want to focus more on sculpting a leaner, stronger looking body.
The nutrition program will be the same for both as I have found it contributes to both fat loss and maintaining a lean physique. You will follow the Phase I Nutrition Guide for Weeks 1-3 and then transition to Phase II for Weeks 4-6.
