Here's one of my new faves – Creamy Pumpkin Shake from our No-Tricks Here Halloween Cookbook.
- 3.5 tbs. Pumpkin puree
- 1 (W) – 2(M) Scoops of Prograde Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1tsp of Pumpkin Pie spice
- 2/3 cups of ice
- 2 tbs. of Cool Whip
- 2/3 cups of Almond MIlk
- 2 tbs. Stevia
- 1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbs. Heavy Whipping Cream
Put the ingredients in a blender, blend away, pour into a glass and enjoy. Top with whipped cream and Pumpkin Pie spice for added flavor.
