3 Techniques For Preventing Muscle and Joint Stiffness in the Morning

1 – The Morning Stretch
Start your day off with a good stretching routine can almost entirely prevent this issue entirely. I highly recommend everyone getting in 30 minutes of flexbility each morning, however, if your a busy, on-the-go individual who can’t find time for a half hour to stretch then get in what you can. 2 – The Nutritional Component
Diet, diet, diet. What and how you eat isn’t just about weight loss, rather it’s for overall function and well being. This includes how our body feels and recovers especially as we age.
