To begin with here is a sample 3-Day Holiday Meal Plan for Thanksgiving that will allow your body to consume up to even a double dose of calories than you would normally take in and help to offset the damage from it.
You can also dramatically or even eliminate the collateral damage from a huge feast by using these simple diet strategies.
Thanksgiving Nutrition Strategies:
– Do NOT Fast In Preparation For The Big Meal
– Do NOT Gorge Yourself
– Eat A High-Fiber, Protein-Rich Meal Before A Big Event
– Do NOT Eat Again Until Hungry
