This workout can be literally anywhere, anytime. It uses nothing more than your own bodyweight to hit up every part of your body, torch tons of calories and make that dressing and grave be GONE! Here is how you do it:
Perform 30 seconds of work and 0 seconds of rest in between for each of the 6 exercises in the following circuit for a total of 3 minutes. Rest 1 minute and repeat.
Beginners: 5 Cycles – 20 minutes
Intermediate – 10 Cycles – 40 minutes
Advanced – 15 Cycles – 60 minutes
