How To Turn Your Morning Brew Into Your Personal Fountain of Youth
One of the hot trends in fitness the past few years has been the concept of Bulletproof Coffee. If you have never tried it or have been curious about it, it's essentially using fats to fuel your day. Also increasing good fats in our diet can have a positive impact on our carb sensitivity if we are struggling with weight loss. Is this the perfect solution for every person? No, we all process carbs, fats and dairy products differently so you have to find out if it works for you. Try a little fat in your coffee and assess how you feel.

How To Make Bulletproof Coffee:
- 1 tbsp of Grass Fed Butter
- 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
- Blend with your coffee
I like to add a dash of cinnamon, some cocoa powder, protein powder and some nectar or maple syrup.
