How To Make Healthy FASTFIT Recipes
We are putting together a special FastFit Cookbook for 2015 that our entire current and future FastFit Family will be able to benefit from for years to come, and the best part is – This is strictly made from you! That's right. I have personally put together a dozen or more cookbooks, recipe guides and meal plans in the last 6 years but this time I want to come from our group and here's your chance to be a part of something that will benefit our program for years!
What Types of Recipes Can I Make?
This is your chance to be creative and find ways to incorporate the foods you love on a daily basis while staying true to the sound nutritional habits and rules of FastFit. Take pride in your recipes as they will bear your name for all current and future FastFit Family members to benefit from for years to come!
All recipes must be based on our FastFit Nutrition Guide that is provided in our Success System of the Member Zone.
There are three types of FastFit Recipes that you can make:
1.) Core Meals: Core Meals consist of Proteins, Veggies, and Fats. See The FastFit Nutrition Cheat Sheet in our Success System for more info on the food combinations and exact serving sizes for males and females.
2.) Activity Meals: Activity Meals consist of Proteins, Veggies and Carbs. See The FastFit Nutrition Cheat Sheet in our Success System for more info on the food combinations and exact serving sizes for males and females.
3.) Free Meal Recipes: These recipes are ones that cannot be made fully compliant to any of the above categories without completely changing the inherent taste and nature of the recipe AND must be labeled accordingly. However, these recipes should still serve as healthier substitutes by using healthier ingredients when at all possible to minimuze the damage at free meal situations.
How Do I Get My Recipe(s) Approved?
Step #1– First submit these into our special FastFit Recipe Forum in the Member Zone. You must make a genuine effort to construct the recipe as one of the above options while tweaking the recipe as needed to make it compliant. Though other members in our Facebook page can provide you with some helpful feedback, they cannot make the recipe for you. You must show that you understand the system and the put forth the necessary work to get the job done!
Step #2 – Once approved, your new recipe(s) will be entered into the new FastFit 2015 Cookbook. Congrats and enjoy your new tasty, yet healthy meals!
