Workout That Will Get Your Ready For Summer!
With Summer here it's time to for afternoons at the pool and trips to the lake! But whether you want to rock the bikini or MANkini here are 4 moves you want to do to Look Great At The Lake using nothing more than some furniture sliders or a towel on a hardwood floor. Paper plates on carpet can actually work as well too.
#1 Sliding Body Saw Plank – This one hits up those DEEP abdominal muscles for some serious Tummy Time! Start slow and focus on keeping a straight line head through heels. It will feel like your core is under construction!
#2 Sliding Reverse Lunge – These take lunging to a new stratosphere. Because of the sliding friction forces this will make you use a lot more hip and hamstring along with the quads versus just normal lunges. Because of the instability demands you really get inner thigh, outer thigh on top of the hip/hamstring involved in this one. Slow it down to make it easier, speed it up to make it harder!
#3 Squat Punch Out – Depending on weight of ball this one can hit up the legs and core like few things can and is a great benefit to looking good in the areas you want in a swimsuit.
#4 Toe Touch Push-up – This is one of the best push-up variations without actually doing a true push-up. Complete core training through rotation, stabilizing your body and lighting up the shoulder, abs and hips! It's also rather impressive to perform at your next party
