At FastFit our Training Staff is committed to be with you every step of the way. Each month we will be available for you to schedule your very own session with a personal trainer to track your progress. Simply download your Tracking Sheet below and then schedule your time on the calendar at the bottom. We encourage you to track your results monthly for optimal results!
