Wow #4 – Workout Of The Week
This is Week 4 of the Rapid Fat Loss Cardio Challenge that can be done from home with little to no equipment. Today's workout is a Core + Cardio challenge that is all bodyweight.
Here's how it works:
Rapid Fat Loss Cardio Workout #4
Perform 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for each exercise. Repeat for 8 total round for a 4-minute workout. Advanced trainees can perform this workout up to four times for a 20 minute workout.
#1 Skater Jump Variation
- Level I – Ground Zero Vertical Jumps
- Level II – Vertical Jumps
- Level III – 90-Degree Vertical Jumps
#2 T-Push-up Variation
- Level I – Front Plank
- Level II – Front Plank to Push-up Hold
- Level III – Front Plank to Push-up
That's four minutes. Beginners can perform this one time each day. Intermediates rest a minute and do it twice for 10 minutes. Advanced trainees repeat this four times for a 20 minute workout.
