Last week during our FastFit Kettlebell Club we launched a new program for 2017: The Glute Project. Besides the obvious boost to your physical appearance, having better and stronger glutes has gamechanging benefits to your health, body composition, and performance.

Here is our workout from this past Saturday's workout we held for the Glute Project:
– Band Sumo Walks + Kettlebell Waiter Walks = 5 continuous minutes
– 1-Leg Hip Thrust = Alternate legs for 5 minutes
– 1-Arm Kettlebell Overhead Press 3x + 1 Pull-up = 5 minutes
– 3-Minute Backside Burner Finisher = 10 Skater Jumps + 10 Box Squats AMRAP
