FastFit 2018 Training Calendar
FastFit is a specialized Group Personal Training program that delivers coaching, nutrition, and supervised workouts for lean muscle gain and rapid fat loss. We program out the entire year for our clients rather than giving them random workouts with no thought or method-behind-the-madness. We’ve found the best annual training calendar that gives the greatest results is to operate on a 3-4 weeks on, 1-week off format throughout the year with each phase focused on body transformation. The week off consists of monthly progress tracking, body composition and strength testing, along with providing our clients with mental and physical regeneration to get ready for the next training phase.
