This month at FastFit we are starting a very unique, and very impactful 28-Day transformation program featuring my personal favorite combination of training tools – The Kettlebell and The TRX Suspension Traininer. Since getting certified last spring in the TRX Suspension Training Course it has opened my eyes up to a world of fitness that I never fully realized. I had heard all about terms such as "functional stability" but until you experience the aspects that only suspension training can offer you simply cannot grasp what that means. For me it's been a gamechanger.
With Kettlebells, this has been a real passion of mine for years. The very first piece of fitness equipment I ever purchased was a 25-lb Kettlebell and from that day forth I began a journey in learning from many of the greats in the business. My collection has grown a litttle bit since I've expanded from that one lone Kettlebell to now over 15 different sizes and well over 40 bells!
The TRX Kettlebell Iron Circuit Conditioning is an amazing program from some of the leaders in their such as Chris Fankel of TRX and Pavel Tsatsouline of RKC and I've been able to take a lot of what they have done together and make them "fit" for FastFit lol
Also during this training cycle there is a big emphases on creating a lifestyle of fitness and not just during our metabolic sessions. The minimum baseline activity for an individual is about 10,000 steps. That's what we want to hit EVERY single day to stay lean, healthy, and fit.
Our goal for our clients in April, and this is for you to follow along at home, is to average 10,000 steps per day for 30 days. You can get any number of free apps for your smartphone or more advanced tracking devices to help manage this throughout the month. From a goal standpoint you should be able to get 300,000 steps achieved total for the 30 days.
Here's your standards to meet for the month:
Bronze = 100,000 Total Steps/Month
Silver = 200,000 Totals Steps/Month
Gold = 300,000 Total Steps/Month
